Grilled Chicken Sandwich




Heat a Grill Pan on Medium



Coat 4 BoneLess, Chicken Breast Halves
(Pounded to a " Thickness)
with:
0.7 oz Package Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
Cover and
Marinate in the Fridge for 30 minutes



Grill Chicken 4 minutes per side
(until No Pink remains)



Sauce:
Combine:
1/2 c Mayo
2 TSP Lemon Juice and
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Mix Well



Spread Sauce on
the Cut Sides of 4 Hamburger Buns
Top the Bottom Halves of the Buns with:
1/4 Head IceBerg Lettuce (shredded)
Chicken and
1 Tomato (sliced).
