GIBLET GRAVY




Melt 3 tbsp Butter over Medium Heat.



Add Giblets and Neck Meat
from 1 Turkey (finely chopped)



Add 1 Yellow Onion (finely chopped) and sauté 4 minutes
(until tender).



Add 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
Sauté 1 minute.



Add 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour and
Cook, Stirring Constantly, 2 minutes.



Stir in:
3 c Chicken Broth
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
and bring to a boil.



Reduce Heat to Low and
Simmer (Stirring Occasionally) 15 minutes
(until Giblets are thoroughly cooked and
Gravy is thickened).



Stir in:
1 HardBoiled Egg (diced)
just before serving.
