SNICKERDOODLE POPPERS




CINNAMON SUGAR MIX:
Combine 2/3 c Sugar and
1 tsp cinnamon
(set aside).



DRY MIX:
Whisk:
1 c All-Purpose Flour
2 TSP Baking Powder and
TSP Salt.



Whisk:
c Milk (room temp.)
c Plain Yogurt (room temp.)
c Granulated Sugar and
3 TBSP Butter (melted).
Stir in Dry Ingredients and
Mix just until combined.



Heat about 2 Vegetable Oil at 350 F.



Gently Roll out about TBSP Dough into Ball
Fry Dough Ball until Golden Brown
(Flip the Ball to Cook Evenly Both Sides)
Work in Small Batches because
you have to Work Fast.



Drain Balls and
Roll in Cinnamon Sugar Mix.
(Repeat with remaining Dough).



Prepare 1 Box of Instant Vanilla JELLO and
Mix in 4 oz. White Chocolate (melted).
Transfer it into a Pastry Bag with Filling Tip.



Poke the Poppers
(going about HalfWay in) and
Squeeze the Filling
